Another report states that you can add a link on primary devices for adding and managing your same phone WhatsApp account on multiple devices. There you can manage and add your account to different multiple devices.

WhatsApp web is a feature, that is already provided by WhatsApp for desktop users. But the major problem with that WhatsApp web is, it needs an internet connection on the primary phone Whatsapp device, where the phone WhatsApp account logged in.
But Whatsapp report says, in the future soon users can able to use WhatsApp web without need an internet connection on a primary device.
